How this site differs

The site is built around a claim file: eligibility, amount, documents, submission and escalation. Passenger-rights explanations remain available, but the primary task is preparing a clear documented request.

Editorial controls

Public pages are screened for internal instructions, duplicate paragraphs, stale partner language and unsupported guarantees. Current law and future reform are kept separate.
