The network publishes practical English-language guides about passenger rights and flight-claim preparation. Flight Delay Rights uses a remedy-first information architecture. EU Flight Claim uses a claim-file workflow. The same topic may appear on both sites only when its search intent, structure, examples and conversion path are different.

Research and review

Priority is given to legislation, regulators, courts, enforcement bodies, airports and airlines. Current rules and future reforms are presented separately. AI may assist drafting, but public content is checked for internal instructions, duplicated paragraphs and overpromising.
